We are an Architectural Design Firm that offers full and partial service for both new builds and House renovations. We service clients throughout the Auckland region and Queenstown. The process outlined below is a brief outline of the steps we would undertake for our clients from initial design to building completion.

Architectural Services

With a broad range of services, we cover all Architectural solutions with our skilled Designers.

Preliminary & Concept

Initial contact and meet with the clients.
Discuss the brief, requirements and budget
(We would not charge for this initial meeting).
Council policy, regulations checking.
Site visit.
Topographical survey plan and possible geotechnical report.
Initial broad concept design.

Developed Design

Develop concept design with more detailed floor plans and Elevations prior to "Resource Consent Application" or "P.I.M" Engage "Quality Surveyor" to check costs.

Detailed Design (For Building Consent)

Produce detailed plans, Elevations, Sections and details + Kitchen and bathroom and landscape design. Produce specifications. Liarise with other consultants - Typically Structural Engineers, Geotech Engineers, Surveyors.

Building Concent

Apply to council for a building consent and answer councils questions to achieve a Building Consent.

Procurement

Prepare tender documents to select your builder. Form a contract and check with the builder.

Contract Administration / Site Observation

Administer the contract and check on construction progress.

Renovation
